Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating or supervising an account you (the parent/legal guardian) agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the athlete. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility & supervision
Accounts are for athletes aged 6–18 and must be set up and supervised by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for all activity on the account, including the Guardian PIN.
3. Not medical advice
ASCNDR Athletix — including Coach A, Dr A, and all training and recovery content — is for general athletic-training and informational purposes only. It is not medical, physical-therapy, diagnostic, or professional coaching advice. Dr A provides general recovery education, never a diagnosis or treatment plan. Training carries inherent risk. Consult a qualified professional before starting any program, and stop and seek care for pain, injury, or any concerning symptom. You assume responsibility for safe participation.
4. Accounts & acceptable use
Provide accurate information and keep credentials and the Guardian PIN secure. Do not misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use it other than for personal, non-commercial youth training. Team messaging and announcements must remain respectful and appropriate; coaches help moderate their teams and we may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions & team passes
The free tier is ad-supported with limited features. ASCND is a paid auto-renewing subscription ($9.99/month) that unlocks all athlete features and removes ads. Coach team season passes are a separate one-time charge per team, per season, and do not auto-renew. Prices are shown before purchase.
On iOS, ASCND is billed through your Apple ID via the App Store; payment is charged at confirmation and the subscription auto-renews monthly unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On other platforms, billing is handled by Stripe. Except where required by law (and subject to Apple's policies for App Store purchases), payments are non-refundable.
6. Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., videos) and grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the service.
7. Termination
You may delete the account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect users.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASCNDR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Changes & contact
